Solved [Solution Given] game collapse after choosing a charcter

hi

after updating the client and manage to open it and login but when i choos a charcter the game collapse immdiatly or after i teleport to a new map.
i tried to do what is written in the forum to fix the bugs after the update but it still didnt work...

how can i fix the problem
