    Hi all,

I've returned to Royals after 3 years away. I am a lv160 Sair, washed (a lot of AP still in mana), with pretty trash gear.

I am overwhelmed returning, and not sure what to prioritize.
A few questions that would help me if answered:

    • What kind of range do I need to be training @ LHC?
    • Krex, Zak, HT dailies only?
    • Is there any other decent party training I can jump into, if not LHC?

Hi! Im a corsair main, been playing since 2017 also.

    • What kind of range do I need to be training @ LHC? No one really checks range for LHC, mostly job/role specific checks. Significant factors are MW20, Echo, SI, SE, Melee. You might not have any of that, but it's ok. You can still find a party. Max Torpedo is a must, and i HIGHLY recommend max Airstrike and Elemental Boost, it does nearly as much damage as max torpedo to fire weak mobs (LHC Bearwolves) without the drawbacks of Ship. also, you can be in melee range and spam airstrike quicker. A lot of people are unaware of Corsair's abilities and mobbing capability, so you might need to educate them. People assume Corsair is only single target dps yet I "white" using mobbing attacks in LHC bears all the time.
    • Krex, Zak, HT dailies only? No! SO much more! There is also the Ellin forest area, which is now server customized to be lvl 100+, bringing Ephinia and Chow to the table of bosses to run daily with Papulatus, LHC Castle Golem, Scarlion, Targa, Wulin Yueseng, Krex, and many more. Use the Ledger in the Lounge to see your Boss and PQs limit.
    • Is there any other decent party training I can jump into, if not LHC? Not much party training going on outside LHC. I highly recommend finding a group to do Prequests, which give good of EXP. For example: Ellin Forest, CWKPQ, and Shaolin temple. Get all those done to get the juicy rewards and exp.

    • I also have some questions for ya. How much did you HP WASH and what is your current HP? There are many new ways of gaining hp without washing now, so you may want to save your mesos and not finish washing your MP. I can link the sources and guides for that. Just an FYI, Since the introduction of Von Leon, ideally as a Corsair you want 18-20k HP, any more is overkill. I went from 14k to 17k in just a week using the new adventure questline. I'm now doing the daily HP quest to reach my 18k goal.

Hitchhiking this thread to ask a few queries for what to level first as a corsair (currently 127).

Just maxed my battleship and got my cannon to 11 so doing a lot more dmg. I find myself doing a mix of mobbing and bossing for leveling but unsure what I should prioritize. Would you recommend I level Elem Boost, Torpedo or keep going the single target recommended by the guides here (max out Cannon, Bullseye and Rapid Fire first)?

Definitely prioritize single target first, then mobbing after.
