A GM would need to DM you to confirm the account username (Login ID) as they are unable to verify your identity without the IGNs

First, don’t start assuming how long it takes or hard it is to check bans. We have lives outside of the game as well, and do our best to respond as soon as we can. Second, I sent you a private message requesting additional information as neither character name you mentioned came up.
