Closed Control Panel

    Hello I'm a returning player and when I tried to log in to my account it seems like I forgot my PIC.
    I saw that you can recover this by logging into the 'Control Panel' but nothing happens after I enter my login and the captcha.
    So basically I can't access the 'Control Panel'.

    Is there a fix to this or is it a server issue or something?

    Was able to replicate the issue of the Control Panel login being buggy

    Have informed the Devs about this, will update here if there's any progress

    I also can't reset my PIC or password. I keep getting "An unknown error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again."

    Same, forgot PIC wanted use control panel and after captcha it just does nothing.

    Same, unable to reset password. Verification email gets sent but then the control panel says "an unknown error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again."

    hello can we sumbit a manual request for account recovery because its been 3 days waiting for a "fix"

    You can submit if you wanna, but the manual recovery will take a longer time
