Can't get to NLC

    I'm lvl 15 and Jake doesn't let me ride the train even though I have a ticket. Am I too low level? Or is he being racist??

    Try talking to the machine thing in the bottom right corner. It usually cash in the ticket and you get transported to NLC!

    Talk to the npc in the left corner he sells you a ticket. With this ticket talk to the machine in the right corner.
