Game crashes when trying to open item inventory

The game seems to be working fine, other than when I go to open my item inventory which has been causing it to instantly crash for a few days now. I can play the game for hours fine up until I try to open items. I'm not sure what's caused it, but it happens on both my players. I've tried changing the button that opens the items which hasn't made any difference. I've also unchecked the in game clock and it is still crashing, not sure what to do. Any advice is appreciated!

 

Is there an error message that shows up? Or does it just fade to black and poof
