Today i want to login in but went i put my PIC and press OK button i automatically got dc and apparent a message that say: YOU ARE DISCONNECTED FROM LOGUIN SERVER, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. Also i tried the step on www.royals.ms/fix at the start of the Mihok event and no problem at all. Not change anything from yesterday-today in files. Did you reinstall the files? Yes, i did. always use IMG files. What's the date of the last installer did you use? 08/27/23 installer date. Did you restart your router? Yes, i did.
Can you screenshot your entire MapleRoyals folder and, if applicable, verify the folder is added as an exclusion to your Windows Defender?
Already on Antivirus exclusion. I use Kasperky Full version as Antivirus main. Also i reinstall the folder from 0. Cant be any change on folder. Btw yestarday i login in without problems. Also, i try with VPN to logging in and still dc after PIC.
And is this happening to all your characters? Does it also dc when you make a new character and log into that?
Hello, The "You have been disconnected from the Server. Please try again" commonly shows up with a MAC ban. Looking at your account and connection, that seems to be the issue here. You currently have multiple MAC Addresses associated with your connection and one of them happens to be the Address 7A-79-00-00-00-00, which is a fault MAC address and can't be used to access Mapleroyals. You will have to disable your faulty MAC address in order to connect to the game.
OMG that is my Hamachi MAC Adrees, so that why i cannot connect again x.x LoooL. Ty so much @Stephen, i recently install hamachi on my main pc to check some database from my job. I didnt spect that's the cause of this problems. Now i can logguin again. Solved.
