Closed FM meso withdrawal glitch?

    Hi Staff,

    My account got un-banned on 5/24/23, and when I was trying to withdrawal my ~140m mesos from the merchant keeper by entrance, it didn't get transferred for some reason, while all the items remained unsold from my shop successfully did.

    Can you help me resolve this glitch by looking into the logs?

    It likely "vanished" due to the Fredrick's tax (1% daily), but I will forward your request to the Admins to see if we can provide a refund as the situation is caused by the ban

    Would require an Admin's verification before a GM can provide the refund
    (I don't have a GM character too)

    added 124m meso to your character for the red pirate top that you sold but werent able to get the meso for due to the ban
