i cannot login

My account cannot login. Keep said password is incorrect. May i know whats going on

 

Is your password longer than 12 characters?

Or just making account, you did a mistake twice, while entering your wanted password, lol.

 

I knew which one is cap locks. Normally i login , will not face this kind of problem. This is the first time

 

Try like writting your real password on the .txt, then copy and paste it. If you login, It means you failling to write correctly.
If not, GM help is needed.

 

I would like to ask obe more question that the donation will get NX points. Can it buy gachapon?

 

I'm quite right. You get points for donation. The points are used for seperate NX items, wich doesn't include gachapons.
So I think, the answer to your question is no.

 

Can you log in at the control panel?
