As the title indicates, i've bought RP for a character name change request and despite putting my exact birday, it indicated that i didn't have enough and it got me wondering if is there an issue going on or something am i missing? I'd like to have some guidance on the steps i have to take in order to being able to make a character name change request a thing. Thank you.
The name change coupon does not work, you'll have to follow this guide to request a manual name change.
You can make a placeholder mule with the character name you want, and ask the Admin to switch the two character names.
