Solved [Solution Given] Encountered error pop up after Set up

Hi there,

After i run the Mapleroyal set up, and comes to the page where i "checked" the box of Launch MapleRoyal. After i proceed, there is an error pop up.
Error as below,

Error message: ShellExecuteEX failed: code 2
The system cannot find the file specified


Have disabled my firewall, and virus protection. Had reinstall several times and restart my laptop. Still the same response.
Please advise.

Yes i manageed to download and run. However, after exiting the game, i cant find the launcher on desktop or in the Mapleroyal file(C Drive)

Do i need to re-run the set up again and run the launcher?

Or how can i permantly create a shortcut launch on desktop?

i have only 1 of the set up here in the folder. i probbaly will re-run the installer, and what should i do during the run? should i create a new folder on desktop with a new name?

 

Uhm what do you meant by setting exception for current folder?

As in , adding Mapleroyal into exclusion into my Virus protection?

After reinstalling and add into exlsuion list, I notice there is no "Mapleroyal.exe" , there is no way for me to launch the game.

Did i download the wrong file or something?

Maybe if you could attached a link and steps. Though i went to the offical website and download MApleroyal.

I uninstall existing Mapleroyal. Let me redo the process,
