hey guys, hope youre all good. I just created an account with the hope of coming back to maplestory in the form of mapleroyals, Unfortunately, right after I trying to run mapleroyals.exe I ran into this error code. After investigating previous forum posts related, i can say i've tried everything people have mentioned and nothing has worked so far, this includes: updating drivers adding a 800x600 custom resolution to my HP laptop disabling my antivirus/firewall/adding an exception for the mapleroyals folder redownloading/reinstalling Nothing has worked so far... I wonder if anyone else has been able to find another solution for this, i'd greatly appreciate any suggetions. Thanks in advance!
This issue is usually caused by monitor display hz being lower than 60 https://royals.ms/forum/threads/error-code-2147467259-found-the-solution.90276/ Have you set this already?
Hi Dave, My refresh rate has always been 60 hz, I also switched it up to 61hz just to be sure, and i still get the same error. Thank you for your reply.

I am not sure what could have caused the issue, only have 2 x Windows 10 laptops myself Could be an error that only occurs on Windows 11
Windows 10 here, I've been having the same issues. never had a problem running the game before this client.
