Hello, Dong. It's been a week I've resetted my password/PIN/PIC and opened up a support request but still got no answers. As said in the thread about account security you mentioned, I thought opening up this ban appeal would be enough to unblock my account since I still have full access to it and it doesn't seem to be a case of 'lost username'.
Hello, you gotta wait for an admin to reply to your support request as only admins can access to the section. They will assist you whenever they are available. Please remain patient Admins need to verify the account ownership before unban your account.
