Recently, Hamstring is not procing on bosses/boss mobs I've tested in Pap, Chao, Ephenia, Rose Garden mobs, and LHC mobs with inconsistent results all around Sometimes they will Slow for the entire time to kill, other times they will ignore it entirely
It's even about doing a damage test in cwk, in the bm /mm scenario alone and for some reason using Hearstoper+eco or Apple + echo gives the same result, it's even as if the damage were the same, but inconsistently the damage It looks different, but it doesn't reflect, is something happening that we don't know? some nerf and we don't know yet, or is it a simple error
Did you switch compatibility back after you turned off the clock? Debuffs doesn't work 100% if compatibility is not set to window 7. You may find stuns, freeze, doom isn't working 100% as well My BM's hamstring has been working with no issues/
I was getting feeling this too but not smart enough to figure out my dps I think I'm using more stoppers for longer than normal oo my compatibility mode is unchecked, I'll try tomorrow ty edit: seems good today ty
