Can not get sliver mane

I already did this quest 10 years ago.. that is why i have a hog already.

I tried to do the quest over again to get access to silver mane quest. now I have 2 saddles and tatamo will not sell perfume to complete quest again.

Drop the old hog, you should then get the quest c:

 

did you unequip the hog before you upgrade it?
