Heya! Character names: Exzzn (this is the character I play) Exzzzn I have no idea why I got banned, if thats the case. I played yesterday, was exping some in ludibrum, but somehow today I cant login, I get into my acc but when i choose character and channel the game crashes and I get this message: You have been disconnected from the login server. Hello, Your accounts are not banned due to any rule breaking. The "You have been disconnected from the Server. Please try again" commonly shows up with a MAC ban. Looking at your accounts and connections, that seems to be the issue. You currently have multiple MAC Addresses associated with your connection and one of them happens to be the Address 00-00-00-00-00-00, which is a fault MAC address and can't be used to access Mapleroyals. You should disable your faulty MAC addresses in order to connect to the game.
Puh okay, thats a good sign atleast (that im not banned). Never experienced anything like this before, so im not too sure what you are talking about to be honest. How do I disable my faulty MAC adresses?
But even if i turn of my VPN, I still get the same message? What do I have to do to fix this? I really wanna play I had so much fun and the nostalgia is unreal xD
Try uninstall the VPN first and see if the same error message still occurs Some VPN have persistent MAC address change, such as NordVPN
