Solved [Solution Given] [Update 88] error code: -2147467259 (Unspecified error)

    Hi all, I am currently encountering this error when launching the game since Halloween event update

    I run 2 monitors and they are both at 60hz, game worked perfectly fine during the miwok event time period.

    have also tried read through previous posts of the same error and tried to disable either screens to test the game out but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere for me, would appreciate any assistance.

    OS: Windows 10
    Graphic Card: Intel Arc A750
    Display 1 resolution: 1920 x 1080
    Display 2 resolution: 1600 x 900
    Display 2 only has 60hz selection while Display 1 has 50, 59.940 and 60hz
    Have tested combability mode on all available versions
    Have tested each screen individually and some resolution options
    Am at the latest available update of Windows 10

    Hey I had this exact issue today for the first time ever. I fixed it after playing around with my resolution in advanced display settings.

    under “Adapter” it worked after I changed it to “800 by 600, True Color (32 bit), 60 hertz”

    my display is now ugly but at least it runs the game lol

    I have the same error and i changed it to 143 Hz then it works well for me

    the highest I could select is 60, I don't have 143hz unfortunately

    Its not the region in your setting, its the region used for non-unicode softwares. You should find it in control panel.:classy:

    Same problem here, 2560 x 1440, 144HZ and Windows 10, Nvidia RTX 4080 with Gsync. The only solution that worked was running it in 640x480 compatibilty mode but this isnt exactly a good solution as everything looks so horrible.

    [EDIT]
    I just realized my monitor was for some reason set to 60 HZ and changing it to 143.44.. HZ fixed the problem. Try juggling around with your resolution and HZ guys

    I have the same problem. Sadly my monitor only reaches 59.9hz, but up until last update I had no problem playing, so I assume it's another problem.

    Anyone knows how to solve this?
