The black borders that keep the aspect ratio of the game decent is gone after the update. If i switch to full screen on 1024x768, everything is super stretched as i have a wide screen monitor. If i switch to Windowed, its way too tiny. The black borders made everything the right size. I tried re-installing using both IMG and WZ, didn't work. Is this a bug? No one in my guild seems to be having this issue, if anyone knows a way to bring back the old black borders, that would be great. Also, there seems to be some weird indicators on the top right of the screen, wasn't there before the update.
If you have Nvidia Control Panel go into "adjust desktop size and position" and change scaling to "aspect ratio." This prevents the stretching. * However, fullscreen seems to be problematic currently: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/issues-with-resolution-full-screen.225945/
Mine was already in Aspect ratio mode, but following your screenshot, i set the scaling to "GPU" and checked the "Override" box. That fixed it. Thanks for the tip man, I can finally play again
