Solved [Solution Given] Windows 7 players that are unable to launch the game (Update 88)

There was no response when opening the client, and the process mapleroyal.exe in the task manager closed after a few seconds（The 23rd Nov files ）
no anitvirus，no firewall，router have no firewall function

Hey, after update i first had a "http send request error" but now i only have this error what u see in the picture. windows 7 32bit -

also have a other laptop, similiar to this old one here. it has win7 32bit too and the same issue!

before the update, everything was fine!! so hope we find a solution!

already tried, exceptions in firewall/router/antivurs or turning off. /installing into new folders /multiple restarts / c++ update / run in compatibility mode/and as admin.

may u find a solution!

I have never played a game on this computer before, but I asked other players and they couldn't play it on WIN7, and the same error message appeared as me.

Having similar issues as well. New client won't launch for me, running Windows 7.

 

Downloaded 23november folder...after click maple icon..no any respond...

 

I updated to Windows 10 and the issue was resolved.

Similar issue to others, client doesn't even flash up, immediately crashes. I tried turning compatibility mode on/off, no change.

Same error here. Two different Windows 7 computers, both Intel/nVidia. Running as admin doesn't make a difference. Router isn't blocking anything as I can play on a Windows 10 computer (barely). Local firewall doesn't seem to be the problem as behavior hasn't changed whether it's enabled or disabled, exceptions made for the .exe, rules added to allow certain IP addresses through, etc.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I'm using the latest files. Both WZ and IMG are part of my tests.

I have a few more Windows 7 computers already spun up that I could test as well, but I feel like it wouldn't make a difference. More in-depth testing isn't possible without facing the banhammer.

hi! i've been playing royals on win7 no problem for a long while now, but after the latest update (88) i can't run the game anymore!
i have reinstalled the game, excluded it from my firewall & tried running it as admin too & i still get the same pop up everytime now as img attached..
help!

I just tried to Upgrade my shit old win7 laptop to Windows 10. It automatically solved the Problem for me. Even bad laptops like mine can run win10 i recognized.
