IGN: GosuKanojo Problem: Random seduce effect on my character. Details: Hey, so I've encountered a weird issue when being at harps. Sometimes, at random times, my character would suddenly change direction of walking (example - I'm walking right and the character walks to the left without me controlling it, even when I'm aggressively clicking to the right), and I could even not touch the keyboard and the character's still going to the left side. First, I suspected one of the GMs using seduce on my player to check If im here or smth, since that's the only reasonable thing that went through my mind, but I don't see any "Seduce" effect when I look at the top right of the screen. After talking with Gert, he said I might have a malfunction in my keyboard or something (which doesn't seems likely, as everything is working 100% correctly, and its a Corsair K95, which is a really good keyboard). It didn't happen just this once, but happened at least 3-4 times before. I sadly can't tell you what caused it, but I can just say I've been using the skill "Genesis" and teleporting / walking from X side to Y side and etc. It also happens really at random times.
Do you happen to have another keyboard to test with? I have had numerous Corsair keyboards (I think a K95 actually) start to go out due to excessive use on certain keys. That sounds a lot like your left arrow key is malfunctioning.
I actually don't. I thought about it, but then suddenly my horse(mount) constantly sat down (like spamming the bottom arrow key), and I couldn't jump at all or anything, just move left and right, and it stopped after pressing the bottom arrow key again. Now I'm more certain It's a bug and not a seduce effect. I actually have captured a video of the mount incident. I've looked at my keys, everything seems right, and It never happens in any game whatsoever, or in discord or in the forums or anywhere. Is there any way to check If my char has a bug or smth?
perhaps you were clicking on Num4 key? instead of arrow left? if you click it and numlock your charcter can be stuck walking left.
I actually thought about it - but I've canceled the possibility as It happened sometimes when my hands were off the keyboard completely.
