Solved [Solution Given] Cant open the game

I have tried reinstalling the client after the update and the game won't open at all. No crash menu, no notification, it just won't open. I have tried reinstalling the game, turning off my anti-virus, restarting my PC. Nothing.
Please help me technician lords.

Hey Mub123, I am having the exact same issue. Sadly I have not found a solution yet. Here is what happened:

1. install new Mapleroyal version 23 November 2023, 2:52. (23.11.23)
2. Windows Security notifies me of a trojan - Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml from MapleRoyals\mr.dll
3. I restored the file and try to launch Mapleroyal but nothing happens
4. I add Mapleroyals folder to the exclusion folder for Windows Security
5. Restart my machine
6. Try to launch Mapleroyals again but nothing
7. Uninstalled and reinstalled same image, Mapleroyal still doesn't launch
8. Uninstall, download new image, reinstall and Mapleroyal still doesn't launch
9. Uninstall, turn off "Real-Time protection", install to new drive, add new folder location to exclusion, turn on "Real-Time protection" , Mapleroyals still doesn't launch

All of the locations I installed to are not my C: drive but that have never broken the game before.

My Event Viewer has this error each time I try to launch Mapleroyals:

I am having the same issue after finding a way to finally run the game after 48hours of not being able to....

 

i have been also having this same issue even though i was able to log on 2 days ago.

 

I was able to run the game the last few days. But it isn't running anymore today. There's no error message, it just doesn't launch.

But in Event Viewer, I can see the same failure and Exception code that darkstryker had provided. I have reinstalled the game.

Anyone knows how to fix this problem?

Hey guys, when you open your mapleroyals folder do you also not have a .exe behind your mapleroyals?

 

I don’t have .exe in mapleroyals folder

 

I'm having the same error as well. Nothing is happening when i run the client. It was working fine the previous day.
