Solved [Solution Given] Unable to open MapleRoyal after downloading new patch.

I first encountered unable the find host error and applied the temporary solution. I changed the host file and saved it. Now there is no error message but it buffers for awhile and just stops loading completely without launching Maple Royal.

No, anti virus, i have also placed the entire folder in exclusion list

 

I have the same issue- Installing WMZ or IMG did not help. Both clients dont open anything. Game shows in process but not opening the client

I solved my problem by uninstalling anti virus norton which i didn't know existed. Please close the thread thank you !
