Hello, I have a level 120 Shadower now with almost 15k HP. This is my first time having a character that is likely able to boss. My range is very low due to 300 INT that I haven't reset yet + shabby equipment since I need HTP and a better ZHelm for DEX and STR. I'm planning to use Meso Explosion for now. My questions: Are there any groups who boss often and are looking for someone nice, fun and ready to learn? What are usually the looting "ethics" when participating in a Zakum/Any boss run with a party of 6? What if I need a better ZHelm - will it be better to just buy a VIP ZHelm run instead of running Zakum with a party since all of them will just be for me? (what's cheaper in the long run?) Any more tips? Thank you <3
For you to get exp from ZAK you need to be lvl 135 so you got some time until you should kill it for exp. If i were you and money wasn't an issue i would buy a vip service for a helmet, go in with alot of scrolls for it and get a decent enough one until you would be able to participate in a run as an attacker. Who knows maybe you would end up scrolling a godly one before even starting to boss. What are usually the looting "ethics" when participating in a Zakum/Any boss run with a party of When it comes to NX dropped from zak - whoever dropped the Eye of Fire will loot all of the NX. When it comes to the helmets - if there is no buyer you should just ask to pick it up, most of the times no one needs it and worst case you'll just loot half and someone the other half, just work it out with your party When it comes to GEN 20,Chaos scroll and ZAK chair - the one who loots it will be the one who sells it and then will distribute it among the party members, even shares Good luck!
Add people to your Buddy List if you had fun with them! Looting ethics can be different for other content. Krex is good duo content. 1 reloots ring, other loots nx. 2 runs you both loot ring and nx once. One of you is gonna get 250nx and the other gets 5k. Its all good since you're running krex tomorow again anyway and youll be lucky next time. Scartar is the similar, however due to quite the dps-check its often trio-content. Friends and I did dailly and shared as followed: 1 loot all hats - he wanted ~perf hat 1 loot all scrolls - he wanted to finish perfect maple leaf 1 loot all nx - I just wanted feed gambling addiction Horntail usually use some kind of loot order wich is generaly determined in advance by character levels and mules brought tot he run. Id advice getting a spare tar/scar hat before dropping your zhelm first. You'll be joining countless zak runs without buyer so you'll get many chances to reloot a zhelm for free. If you want a better one now, most guilds give free service to guildies if they dont need reloot or have buyer. Last tip. Dont be a dick, people dont give a fuck how good you can press 2 keys if you're not fun to play with. Bring some extra ACP, elix, stoppers/apples, PET FOOD. (Ilbi/Hwabi lol) Shit will happen. Dont be that guy that complains about someone messing up for the whole run straight. If you cant handle that shit, dont go on runs with people you dont know. Zhelm buyers read somewhere on the internet 100 milk or cheese is enough to buy a zhelm. Its nice if you can save that run . (Whoever wrote that owes me a couple 100's mil) They will not have a pet to save nx and they will die again and again, about 90% of the time. If you hold an extra auto-hp they will only need to give up 1-2 apr to buy a pet. Buyers will come without sufficient hp for zak, so if you can save that run by bringing some HP-Gear, that'll be great (and now you have some for your future chars !) Be friendly, helpful and bring some extra food and drinks to share when you come to the party . Its these things that people remember. Not what damage you deal or the range you've claimed having.
Sorry for hijacking your thread. I am interested in HT pendant. How much is service? Can I bring 2 characters in, if so will that affect price? I’ve done part of HT Pq to get Genesis skill on my bishop. I already have the elixir potion (turns you into green lizard) on both characters, is that a requirement for HT boss? Does VIP include all skills books? I’d be lucky if Gen30 or MW20 dropped.
VIP is usually 120 - 180m currently. I wouldn't recommend bringing 2 characters because while multiple pendants drop, only one egg drops and egg is what makes htp good - it's a 100% pass +15 allstat scroll, only works on the first slot of htp. Yes, you'll need a dragon elixir to buy as it's required to enter the boss. VIP includes no mastery books, just pendants + egg. If you try and take a book or NX the party will be quite upset. HT drops no skill books, just mastery books.
Wait ingame until you see someone smega "S> VIP HTP" (or maybe if someone's recruiting ask if you can buy), and then contact them to purchase.
