Community Blacklist

That's the information I've understood based on some comments here, and Koga himself sending a few whispers in-game.

He didn't say anything about coolies, he talked about mages farming equips scenario.

If it's indeed false - apologies. not my intention spreading incorrect info, might have missed a comment or two.

 

I have had a couple of bad interactions with Lan Yang. The first interaction was in apq where I was a member in the party where he stole 5 appos from one member (who was in their zone) repeatedly and then proceeded to harass another member until she gave him "his appos that she got from his boxes." However, she was also in her zone. As Dajket said earlier, he jumps around all over the zones so once he starts on a box, he claims it's "his." He has no regard for the bon map guide that is now used in almost every public apq run. And when you try to explain to him in simple english he gives no response. There was even a member in the party who spoke Mandarin, however, he failed to commit to the rules everyone has to abide by.

The second was in a zakum run. One member dropped the EoF and was thus promised the NX drops. However, when the drops came, Lan Yang came in and stole both 5k NX cards. After the first run, someone tried to explain to him that the member who drops the EoF gets the NX. He seemed to acknowledge that so we did another run where another member dropped an EoF. When the drops came, yet again, Lan Yang swooped in and stole all the NX completely ignoring what we had explained. We weren't selling any zakum helms, so he just stole the drops and left. He never repaid the members who dropped the EoF.

Language can be a barrier, but all cultures try to teach their people to have a moral compass. At level 181, Lan Yang has well funded gear and throws balanced furies yet he feels entitled to steal appos, NX, or any valuable drops for himself at the expense of everyone unfortunate enough to be in his party.

 

At this point you should just report him and have him banned lol
That goes beyond blacklist and against game rules

Reason: Leech Scam
Details: Smega-ed looking to buy FTP Leech, vvoah reached out saying he's down to leech for 2hours @ 80m/h. Paid 160m, and poofed. Smega-ed in an attempt to look for him, KimBS whispered me that he/she was scammed as well. This eliminated any doubts I had about potential technical issues

 

For this action, you would need to submit an abuse report, as GMs do not take action on the community blacklist. You would need to submit uncropped screenshots and a clear explanation of what happened too (more like what PeepoPeepo has done just above).

@PeepoPeepo don't forget to submit an abuse report too. This blatant scamming is just completely unacceptable and needs to be slammed with a ban, and not just the community blacklist.

 

I've submitted a separate report for this incident, though I fear I may have been scammed again.

Details: Bought 2hours FTP leech @ 80m/h. Paid 160m, leeched 30 minutes and ghosted me Gave him benefit of doubt, could be network issue until i looked up his ign on server's discord

I'll give you discounted leech for all the scammers you've had to encounter.

He's the best FTP1 leecher I've come across.

I'd suggest you to file a report as well. Two other people already posted about him in 24 hours and have possibly reported him. Multiple reports might warrant a permanent ban (correct me if im wrong please)
