hi, when i vote from my pc it won't log in to my account. tried to clear cookies - doesnt work. i use Chrome, tried via Explorer and it says something like can't enter this website manually. anyways, i succedd through my phone, is this a common problem? any idea how to fix? tqvm
Does it have any error message? Can you screenshot what it does when you try to log in? (of course, censor any personal details if there are any)
And your internet connection is stable? Did you try restarting it? Did you try using Mozila Firefox / Opera GX?
I cleared the cookies and tried with Explorer. I dont see a reason why it should work with another broswer. Also the internet connectivity is stable. I'll try tomorrow to clear the cookies again i guess. Thanks for the help tho!
Please try to check with your internet provider if something is unstable, also, try with a different browser (opera/mozilla) it might do the trick.
