Hello, I'm having trouble starting the game. I've tried to run the game with/without a VPN, rebooted the computer, and tried a second time today, while the error persists. The error code is listed as attached.
I clicked the link and saw a string of approximately seventy numbers and letters. Should I paste it here?
It's okay, able to see that means the auto-update is working fine (website not being blocked) Which country/region are you from?
It has been a year since I played last time. I downloaded the game and tried yesterday and got the error dialogue. I'll try again in a few days.
Some China players mentioned the new client (with auto update) doesn't work with all mainland VPNs, you would have to check with fellow China players about the VPNs they are using Some also said that they had to contact the VPN's customer service to make an exception for the game
