After sorting the items, they overlap and the item effects vanish.（Heart-shaped chocolate ）

Usually, 10 small red hearts combine to form one big red heart.

 

Unable to split the items again, dropping all 10 and loot or placing the item in CS doesn't work.

 

Couldn't you technically drop all 10, then pick up 1, put it in CS, pick up another, put in CS, repeat until all split?

Not like it matters that much, since you still have all 10, it's just the number is missing.

 

they have to stay separated for the effect
but yeah you gotta re-enter cs to take out each one without stacking
