Premium wedding onyx chests expire and gifts never arrive

    Hello everybody

    We were running a premium cathedral wedding. I added a gift each to the bride/groom. Not sure if anybody beside me, but I will ask them and add info here accordingly. After that we all went through the ceremony and joined the bonus stage. In the bonus stage we collected Onyx Chests however we couldn't receive any rewards from them because they expired after a brief delay for everybody. Gifts for the couple never arrived either. Are these bugs and we should/could we fix them? Also can we get compensated in some kinda way?

    Where: Channel 7, Amoria/Cathedral
    When: 05.12.2023, around 02:40ish server time
    Who: Olak (Groom), Pituxa (Bride), MedRaye, CallMeMike, CochiLoco, AmandaReen
    Items lost:
    • from CallMeMike: Olivia's chair, Android Companion chair
    • from MedRaye: "Can't remember what gifts"
    Rewards not received:
    • Onyx chests rewards 1x per character attending, in this case 2x green and 3x red Onyx chests

    Seems to be an isolated incident

    Was just part of the wedding ^. Onyx chest expired a few seconds after leaving the wedding.

    my ign: tancya (gr) tanchansui tansair, and my friend ign: fauchon, saucydog(br), culti.

    Regarding the listed IGNs, all were present at the Wedding?

    Do you also recall the estimated timing (around 0300 UTC)?
    As well as the Channel

    Yes. All attended and all tried to get the box.
    Yes, around 0300 server time. Channel was 7.

    When we get onyx box, expire time was in about 1mins(too short). We tried to exchange before expire, but failed.

    oh this its a bug? i thought i actually took my time and it just expired 2 minutes after , no screenshot of it though was like 2 weeks ago , but its good to know
