Am I the only one with this problem today??? I'm getting freezed every 2mins all day long today, resulting in DC. And now I can't even log in to the game, royals.msstakes AGES to load, creating this topic took me 15 minutes... I tried restarting my router, restarting my computer, different browser ant nothing helps! It was fine yesterday and briefly after the sc (though I just opened up a store and went to bed so im not sure). Every other thing on the Internet works fine for me, I just played a League of Legends game.
Are you still having issues? I haven't had any of these issues nor have I heard of the problem occurring for anyone else.
yes, i was able to log in when i woke up today but it was really laggy, but now i'm not able to log in whatsoever - i type the username and password and it gets stuck. Also the page either won't load or loads very slowly after a long time, same with forum. I am able to log in on the forum via my mobile tho... I have no idea whats going on, i tried cc cleaner, reseting the dns, scanning /w anti virus, restarting my modem & computer...
At exactly the moment you posted this there was a server check going on. Try again now that it has ended.
ok now i cant even get to the log in screen. I googled the problem and looks like some ppl had this before, i also found your old post on mapleroyals facebook so i sent you a message there with the results on the tracet command. Can you please check it out?
BUMP! help please. I was able to login and play for a while, but now I freeze terribly again, just the same pattern like yesterday.
Did you try to flush DNS, clear your browsers cache. Try turning off your antivirus and firewall and see if it makes any difference.
Yes, I tried everything of those. Also, like I said before, everything else (that means internet & other games) works fine
No offence, but I don't understand why are you trying to make it about my computer, I mean I searched the forum on my mobile and it looks like people had same problems before and it was your providers fault. I am not using anything unusual and I have everything disabled when I'm playing, im virus free and every other website and game works fine, without any lags. And yes, like I said before I tried dns flush and clearing my cache... Also my friend told me today, when I was able to play for a while, that he also couldn't access the website and game yesterday evening, but it works fine (or at least worked - not sure coz i cant log in now) for him now. The game and website started working fine from 3 to 6 am gmt+2 for me, but now it's the same again, I either can't acces the game at all or I get freezed every 3mins resulting in dc. As for the website, it takes a very long time to load.
The times that this has been on the fault of the server, it's been a mass outage due to a DDoS attack or to hard drive problems. None of those are an issue right now. If the server has been maintaining 200-350 people online for the last 48 hours, and you're the only one experiencing a significant issue, it's probably on your end, not theirs. last night there was a server check, so your friend was probably trying to log on while that was happening (as I mentioned in my previous post.) Sounds like an issue relating to your ISP to me.
I believe he tried after the server check... It's a little weird then, that after 2 weeks of playing Royals i suddenty got problems just with this game.
And ask them what exactly... why Maple Royals suddenly lag like shit but everything else works fine? Looks like I will just have to wait, maybe it will fix itself one day .
It's not the matter of phone call being scary, but it seems pointless, since everything else works fine.
