    Problem: Blue Cardigan dissapeared after i put in Cash shop
    Details: i change outfit according to the season and now after Xmas, I was gonna change my outfit but i couldn't find my blue cardigan anymore, and it seems like not just me is having the problem.

    Do you mean your other characters lost NX as well, or your buddies/guildmates also lost NX items?

    The issue of NX being stuck or disappearing is a known issue, so if other players are facing the same issue, they have to submit their own thread
