    Please wait for the Admin's response as we are unable to lift the bans partially

    from what ive seen on other ban apeal posts ill have to wait now for a month to get a replay from an admin? not complaining just genuinely asking...

    but the rules says you can vote once from each account i only voted once in each account daily

    * if there are more than 1 player you need to be on white list - i am only 1 player so no need for white list.
    * only 1 vote for each household device - i did vote only once daily on each household device.
    what did i do wrong?

    I think you may have misunderstood the rules

    You can only vote for 1 account daily (UTC), regardless if you have 1 or 10 accounts, not vote for each account daily
