Why do you think you got banned?: No reason, I haven;t logged on for a long time but since reinstalling my account has been blocked?

Thank you for the reply, I've tried restarting the router, tried a private VPN but this has not fixed the issue. I can log in with another account I've created so I don't think it's an IP issue.

Sekrei lvl 1 beginner

I've tried a few things, connecting with another internet connection. Trying with another PC but nothing has worked
