The title is self-explanatory. I'm not allowed to copy and paste it. When I click it, nothing happens. So, am I supposed to just move it somewhere?

You place the client (mapleroyals.exe) in the setup folder.

It's already in the MapleRoyals folder (It was downloaded with the MapleRoyals setup) but it says that I don't have permission to open it.

Ok, so I turned off and turned on my computer again, and now the Windows client is gone from the MapleRoyals file. When I go into my downloads on Chrome, it says it was removed. How do I stop this from happening?

Go to your Google Chrome settings via the three strikes on the top right corner. After that, 'Show advanced settings...' and look under the 'Privacy' section. On that section, there should be a checkbox for 'Enable phishing and malware protection'. Uncheck that and try downloading the client again. Check it back on once you're able to download the client.

You should turn off windows defender, it's still active even if you turn it off.

There is an extra setting if you open up windows defender menu there is a box you need to untick.

    I'm still having problems. :(
Do you think it's because I'm using Windows XP?

What is your problem? the icon disappear cause you have security settings on that removes it.

    The file itself disappears.

It's your antivirus/firewall windows defender that deletes it, you need to disable those.
If you still want your antivirus on you need to make an exception for mapleroyals to run so it won't get deleted.

That's fine would be much harder to help if you didn't ask :D
