Deo not spawning in the map for a long time

It has been 3 hours since i came to the map, but the boss is not spawning on every channel i have been cycling aswell,
Is that right?

Did you also make sure to kill a mob on the map? Otherwise the map is stuck at max spawn capacity from the regular cacti leaving no space for Deo to spawn
