Hi, For over a month, I have had an issue with opening shops. I open between 4-8 shops daily and was used to leaving them for up to 2-3 weeks, without any issues. Over the last few patches, I get DCS daily, sometimes 1 shop, sometimes 2, sometimes all of them. I do monitor my internet connection and my internet connection is up during those occurrences. I have tried to re-install the client multiple times and switch between WZ and IMG, but nothing helps. I'll give 3 examples from the past day: 1. I was doing a Rose Garden on my Buccaneer when I finished, my Buccaneer DCed with 2 out of 4 shops, that were opened yesterday - My internet connection was fine. 2. I did open the other 2 shops again and left my Buccaneer in the same room (16-1), when I woke up today, my Buccaneer was there but all 4 shops were either DC, or the shop was saying "this shop is closed" - My internet was fine during the night. 3. Sometimes when I'm in FM, some stores will DC, DC myself and some random people in FM with updated clients. Longtime player that didn't have those issues, please help
There's an issue with clicking the "organize" and "items available" buttons in (your own) stores that causes people to DC after a while. That might be what you're facing if your DCs involve the client closing with no message. I always RC after touching my shop just in case.
The problem is that I open my stores, minimize them in full screen, and they DC randomly. I don't click anything in the shop until I close it/DC. I know there is an issue with "items available" but I don't click it, and those shops are "permit stores" so I don't have "organize".
Very low, around 1-2% per client on average when minimized , don't think I ever saw my whole pc at 50%+ Ram usage is around 200-600 MB, I know there was an issue with over 2GB but it never reaches that. My CPU is i7-10700k, 32 GB RAM. Clients rarely ever completely die, most of the time it's either DC into a client or a "this shop is closed" message, which could be combined at the same time.
It happens same to me when I open too many clients, use it to do anything other than AFK, too many players in the same map, or someone spamming aoe skill. Those will increase a lot CPU usage. Right now total 60%~ CPU is stable for me. You might want to check your total CPU usage and find a good stable spot. I also reduced my client amount recently, not sure if it’s due to game update or just pc getting old.
less than one year ago I was opening around 15 clients at any time with the same PC and had no issues at all. Right now I open at most 10 clients, having those issues only when I open shops, so I find it related to the new updates. If clients were just randomly DCing, I would think it's my CPU or RAM usage, but it's just when I open shops. That makes me close everything before going to big bosses so I won't get DCed.
yeah i always had fm mules with permit shops before recent updates and went to boss with no problem but now the client just close on it's own with no error message or anything
Updating - whenever someone else is opening a "permit" store, or trying to sort out items, it DCs my stores Please fix it - I don't want to move to a random spot after being at 16-1 for years.
Nice, woke up today to somehow 1 out of 4 stores living, + 2 other clients dcing. I see one new permit store at 16-1. I'll try moving to room 16-16 to test if me alone triggers anything
Update - Someone else tried to open at 16-16, resulting in 1/4 shops DCing, my bs client and echo client DCed while doing LHC, 3 shops survived FIX GAME PLEASE
Update - Today I came back from work, and 2 out of 4 stores DC, my 2 clients in FM stayed alive so in total 2/6 DC. Both stores are in this state - client is up, but they are DCed in the client. This is how it looks from a working client -
Another day - another update Left my main client AFK at fm, 4 shops clients were up, 1 out of the 4 DCed. This is a client that was up with the last one that didn't DC the last time I updated. This time the client did DC to the menu, not like last time when both clients "This shop is closed" message
Update - today, 5/5 clients DCed at around 3-4 hours ago All of them with the same status Once again my internet was not down during this time.
Update from today - 2 clients look like this - 3 clients look like this - All clients are actually DC again
The same thing happened today, 2 clients completely turned off 3 clients are inside and showing that the "shop is now closed"
Update - 2 clients today "shop is closed" 3 clients were out to the maple menu I didn't open shops for a week, once I opened it happened after around 16-18 hours
2 client out of 5 Dc today 1 Shop + 1 Main client which was afk in FM Both clients lived but I was sent to the main menu
