I didn't have any lag issues in 2021. I didn't play for the majority of 2022 until November. When I came back, the game feels laggy, with packet loss (did the ping test and got some loss) and dc occasionally. Did something related to the network change when I was away? The only change from my side is I go from WZ to IMG client cause WZ keeps crashing last November. Using ethernet cable and internet no issue elsewhere except this game. I have been tolerating the lag and dc until recently... it just keeps getting worse and it feels very frustrating, especially since I am playing this game less often, and each time I play it's laggy. Yesterday I switched on 5 clients for 2hrs. Somehow 2 clients faced lag and DC while 1 have perfect 0 delay/lag in the entire 2 hours. The other 2 clients were afk and didn't pay attention to the lag. I didn't record it, but how can some client lag and some not lag? Spoiler: Did HT today and the lag is so disappointing. Video at original speed, not sped up at any moment. At this rate I can only play job with iframe and pray to survive boss Does anyone have a solution other than VPN? Hi Dave, Just pinged and got this. When it's laggy it can go up to 3/4 loss. I am from Singapore, using Singtel (I can't change this....)
Try run this test instead, as the CMD ping doesn't show much details Spoiler: WinMTR This is to confirm if your network is able to connect to Royals smoothly https://sourceforge.net/projects/winmtr/ IP address for test: 51.68.205.179 This will show where the issue lies within the many 'pipes' between you and the server. Simply download that software, run it, input that IP address, and click start. Allow it to run 100 tests (which you can tell from the 'Sent' column), then take a screenshot of the program and post it here. I am from Singapore as well, but using MyRepublic (they are under M1) Been hearing Singtel and Starhub users lag at certain times such as in the evening like 6 to 10 pm I don't think Royals Staff can offer much help with that (if Singtel is the issue)

I am able to test on M1 and Starhub, no issue on StarHub, M1 would take 5-10s just to load a map or channel change lately. For ISP issues, you can consider a VPN, it'll change the routing and should help.
I'm Experiencing this issue as well . From Singapore, Using starhub though. Keep lagging and will dc. Contacted my ISP, they flushed my IP, speed test on PC showing 3-5ms as well.... After that , the issue still exists Spoiler
