Okay so I changed my wifi ip address, I've tried to use mobile hotspot with and without VPN and i also reinstalled the game and it still says: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection" When i try to log into other accounts im getting dc'd as soon as i double click on the character in the login section. Thanks.

I'm really sorry about this whole situation. Yours in an issue I have never encountered before, and I am struggling to make sense as to why you can't connect. From my end, there should be no reason why you can't connect. The only thing left to do would be to pass this over to the Admins for them to investigate. It will likely take some time before they can respond to you though. I'm sorry about that.
Update: Uninstalled the game, deleted all files, re-downloaded IMG, installed, and still the same message
