    I've uninstalled and redownloaded multiple times, when I redownload it and I supposed to download some kind of attached file? I just assumed that the newest download file would have all of the latest files as of January 31st, or am I missing something?

    That should be fine, can you launch the game at all? If so, what is the date on the client? And is this an issue on only one character/account or all of your accounts?

    Here's what I did to fix this (not sure which actually resolved the issue):
    1. I have 2 monitors (60hz and 140hz). I set the 140hz one to be my main monitor
    2. Updated my NVidia driver (GeForce Game Ready Driver) using GeForce Experience

    After I choose Windows 7, it says to me: "Failed updating game: open MapleRoyals_update.exe: Access is denied".

    Right click and run as Admin, or move to another folder that isn't in C itself
