Solved [Solution Given] Failed updating the game: open ijl15_updated.dll: Access is denied.

    Hi,

    I cannot login the game (I manage to login in my afternoon with latest patch installed).

    1. I did tried restart twice my PC and router and issue persists.
    2. Re-install the game and issue persists.
    2. Tried my mobile hotspot and issue persists.

    same problem....and i cant find the"update.exe"mentioned at shoutbox Q_Q

    Run the EXE with Admin rights
