As far as I know: rescue gaga 1x = space ship lv 1 Rescue gaga 2x = space ship lv 2 space mine quest = space ship dash.
same problem here i rescued gaga twice and got space ship lv 2 but i dont have any option can do space mine quest so i cant get space ship dash before server check, this character didnt do rescued gaga, but other character have done, and have space mine quest so i think this is a bug after server check
