From what I have seen in game, people from Harbor have been very friendly and easy to communicate with. Seems like a nice community of people to get to know and to break the mononty of daily bossing with randoms.

I've guild hopped a few times looking for a lively/friendly atmosphere, and Harbor looks like the perfect place to stay.
