Unable to turn in quests (bugged)

Hi, unable to complete there two quests specifically despite having the required materials, have tried forfeiting and trying again to no avail, please look into this, unable to accept 'well behaved child' medal only on this character, can provide videos if needed

 

For the quests you can't turn in - is there an error message? What happens when you try? Could on of your inventory sections be too full?

For the medal, that medal quest isn't Well Behaved Child and requires some family system things which aren't implemented in Royals, making it impossible to get. I would recommend forfeiting and doing a different medal.

 

The first 2 quest are asking you to give the items to another npc, not the quest giver.

I see, I don't know how to forfeit the quest though, I don't think there is any option to do so

 

Check the bottom-right corner of the medal screen under "Challenge".

Also, if you're after the Quest Virtuoso medal, I just want you to know that medal quests don't count towards your quest count.

 

To add on to that, medal screen opens from the ; button by default
