Closed Lost item

    ign: DarkLatte, CafeLatte, BlueLatte, goby30, goby34, imfighter, Godtoben, Imhero, Shadjam, MainSt, Brianis
    Problem: Lost item
    details: I was moving equips to my goby character and it disappeared
    items are:
    6str 2atk pac,
    12dex 16acc work glove,
    21accuracy pirate shoes level 30,
    20dex 20accuracy green bandana.
    dex19 acc10 bathrobe for men

    I checked everything that I could possibly do, including checking each character's equips, ~buyback, storage, duey(package delivery)

    Did you lose them via trade or dropping?

    Also do you remember the estimated date and time (UTC) of moving the equips?

    It was through trading and The time was approximately at Saturday at 9:30~10:30pm(UTC).

    Traded from which character to which character?

    And did you disconnect among the trade or?

    I believe it was from Cafelatte to Goby34. Other characters might be involved because my equips were kind of everywhere.
    There was no disconnection during trading

    Will it be possible to check the trading log?

    Estimated Date & Time (UTC): Nov 4th (9:30~10:30pm UTC)

    Items that went missing when trading from Cafelatte to Goby34:
    6str 2atk pac,
    12dex 16acc work glove,
    21accuracy pirate shoes level 30,
    20dex 20accuracy green bandana.
    dex19 acc10 bathrobe for men

    If there are any other items you noticed that have gone missing, please update this thread

    Note: non-NX items don't just disappear like bugged NX items, but will still forward your situation to the Admins for verification

    Still pending for action

    As it's very unlikely for normal items (non-NX) to just vanish, we are currently prioritizing quest and lost NX items issues (quite a few cases piled up)

    there wasnt anything around that time that would make items disappear from trades, you most likely misplaced them yourself unfortunately
