Why do you think you got banned?:

I kept getting D/C'd while resizing my window. I'm not sure what happened but whenever I resize my monitor resolution while playing maple, the game crashes. I tried to log in at least 10 times and stretch my monitor at different points of the log in process but it keeps causing the game to either 1. freeze or 2. crash. There was nothing being done in game except for being at henesys probably for the past 5 minutes.

When I tried to log back on, it said I was blocked? This was happening when I was logging in. I swear, no hacking was done. If this raises some suspicion, please check to see what I was fighting or doing before.

In your investigation, you might see some gear worth about 500M and extra 15 AP Resets on me, this was lended to me by my friend's friends that play this game so I can job advance. (I'm a level 60 that can't beat tier 2 job advance cause I'm trying to wash no funding) I got leeched to help get a few levels so i'd have AP to put into luk, maybe an hour prior. Other than that I can't possibly think of what I could be banned for , everything on the table. I'm to continue to vote for a week and return it to them.

Not sure if it's relevant but I downloaded an antivirus to try to wipe a clipboard hijacker hat was causing my clipboard to paste incorrect crypto addresses (causing me to send to some random address). This thing pops up like every 10 minutes on my PC ever since I cleared a bunch of malware. but again, just providing more info, I don't think it would cause an auto ban if it's not doing anything.

 

Hi Bacon, thanks for handling this swiftly. I'm not sure if this was your action or mine, but I turned off my VPN (which was working fine for the first few days of playing) and now I'm able to log in. I didn't think that it was an IP problem because I had been using the same one with no change. Still curious on why the IP had issues because I do wish to not be perpetually on no VPN for privacy sake for my other network cases.
