Fixed Shop Permit/Hired Merchants causing DCs (black screen and close with no warning message)

Thank you very much for the information. Unfortunately I tried to ignore the problem and didn't search for it, until recently I got DC'd while buying HTP...

It seems like the best solution is to open a seperate account for managing the store. I'll try it out and hope my problem is really caused by the same thing.

 

You don't need a separate account to avoid this problem, and a 2nd account actually won't fix it. As stated in the original post, it can be solved by reclienting after managing a store. Just logging out of 2nd account, and logging in to your main will still cause you to crash, it needs a full reclient (close the game entirely and reopen), and then it doesn't matter what account the store is on.

 

What I meant is, if you have a dedicated account for shop, then whenever you want to deal with shop you can open a new client to do what you want to do and then close it, so your main remains safe. But I guess you're right, it's not necessary at all.
