Why do you think you got banned?: After reviewing the policy, I assume it's a violation of voting once every 24 hours, and the system assumes I possess all the accounts that actually my brother and his friend have. I and my brother and his friend are living in the same community under the same public wifi, and all of us vote every day, so I guess this is the reason?

P.S. My brother and his friend's account also got the same message, do they have to file an appeal individually, or could it be resolved in this thread too? If yes, my brother's character name is Taipei89, and his friend's character name is Bay7, MamaPapa, 6IX9lNE, and KungteRiano.

We usually connect with the community wifi that was shared with all the residents in the community, sometimes if the community wifi’s off, we will use our phone’s hotspot.

And we usually take turns to play on my laptop since we 3 have 1 laptop only, but my brother’s planning on getting another one.

My apologies for this confusion. Long story short is that my brother’s friend established these 3 accounts (1 for himself and he’s been playing for a while, 2 for me and my brother) under his personal information since in recent me and my brother don’t know how to start playing MapleRoyal, and he teaches us from the scratch.

And we 3 played on only one laptop (technically it’s my brother’s friend’s laptop since me and my brother don’t owned one) in our community, and this laptop is connected to the community wifi (the wifi our community provided to all the residents within the community, which is included in the rental).

I know it’s a bit complicated, but my brother’s friend has no intention to violate the ToS and he only created these 3 accounts to introduce us to this MapleRoyal world, if needed, me and my brother will update our information (birthday, email, etc.) to the account we’re using (character ID: Taichung89 and Taipei89) to avoid further confusion.

Hope this clarifies, and please let me know if any actions needed from our end! It’s weekend so we would love to play MapleRoyal but at the meantime thanks for your effort still working on weekends.

I see. To prevent this from happening again, do you have any suggestions regarding it? Since we only have 1 laptop currently and we only rely on the community’s wifi to play, which creates kind of like a dilemma under this scenario.

If me and my brother get ourselves a laptop so we’re not playing on the same device, but still connecting the same wifi (our community’s wifi), will it resolve the problem that all of us could vote daily? Since we’re not really experienced and just started, if only one of us could get NX each day will be not desirable.

I just read through the ToS, is this primarily due to the fact that we weren't accepted in the voting whitelist? At the beginning our ban is until 06/14, but when I just check after your reply it seems like it's getting worse. The only thing that may be confusing is our situation is tough, 3 people playing with the same laptop sharing the same wifi, and each of us has an individual account, but we weren't trying to violate the ToS and just wanted to play with our own account. We weren't aware of filing the voting whitelist, but considering the fact that now we're aware of it, could this permanent ban be resolved since we don't have any bad intentions?

After this event we sure will figure a way out to play our own account separately, please consider my request regarding this issue,
