It wasn't you who vote abused; it was the hacker who gained access to your account who vote abused. What the hacker did to your account was severe enough for Tim to determine that it cannot be recovered. That being said, you are welcome to start anew here, if you wish to. But unfortunately, due to what the hacker was able to do while they had access to your old account, it needs to remain banned.
