Character Name: - Parax Where are you having an issue(s): - In-Game Date and Time when issue(s) occurred (GMT): - It happens at random times, so unable to give a specific time, but it's once a day minimum. Details of the issue: - I recently got a new pc with windows 11, and I'm fairly certain that windows 11 itself is the issue or AMD processor as I've had a google around and seen others with same issues, but basically my game will just close at random every so often, no errors on screen or anything. First time I was joining a pap run, entered lobby and my game closed. 2nd time I was buying pots in ludibrium shop. 3rd time was in a PQ lobby waiting, and I've disconnected during a PQ also, and had many crashes since then too. This obviously makes joining content extremely worrying, and I've exhausted all options, such as compability mode, turning off anti virus, taking off NX, reinstalling the game and everything. if anyone has experienced this issue and HAS found a way to play peacefully, please let me know. Wanted to update that this issue was resolved by uninstalling 3rd party antivirus entirely, simply disabling it or putting exception was not enough. I had a google around, and found out that some things (like maplestory) clash with 3rd party antivirus sometimes on windows 11, windows defender however is fine with it, and I've not had any issues since.
