IGN: purplebaron Problem: Four 11th Anniversary Hairpins (1 each of Slime, Mushroom, Yeti, and Pink Bean) cannot be traded to my mules. Details: I got my yeti hairpin from the most recent Maple Tree drop, and in my excitement put it in my cash shop with my other 3 hairpins to "complete" my set. While I was admiring them in the cash shop, my partner warned me that cash shop items can get bugged, so I immediately took all 4 out into my inventory before exiting shop. I attempted to trade them to my mule for safe-keeping, and lo and behold, the items were bugged (trade unsuccessful). I checked both characters were not at inventory/meso limit and confirmed a separate hairpin stored on a different mule is tradable. Didn't try dropping them or returning them to cash shop, because I don't want to lose them. Hoping they can be restored in all their tradable glory. The items are currently in purplebaron's inventory. Thanks in advance for your help. (Also, the troubleshooting guide redirects to the old site URL!)
Will forward the issue to the Admins A refund of the NX items will be provided upon verification Would also like to clarify this part - NX items don't get bugged upon putting into Cash Shop inventory, they get bugged sometimes upon trading/dropping Also, placing such bugged NX (unable to trade or drop) into Cash Shop inventory will make them disappear, so you may update here if they disappeared
Your bugged item(s) have been removed from your account, you can reclaim them at Vikin in Lith Harbor by speaking to him in any channel besides 11-14. you had some duplicates of pins too, all deleted and a total of 6 pins awaiting at the refund npc (no bug)
