hello guys, in the recent days, I have a frustrating problem. when I'm doing the following things: 1. insert PIC code when logging. 2. changing channel. or I get dced and it shows the account is connected for a few seconds, or the client crashes. after trying a lot I can log in but then I'm pretty stuck in the same channel because 85% of the time I change the channel I get dc. sometimes when I'm starting the client I get an error of "TLS handshake". i tried all the "Technical Checklist", and nothing solve this. can someone help me with this issue? I didn't get any answer in discord or searching the web. thanks a lot

ok i get a replay from the server, what that means? in the last two weeks and the games run very well, I don't know why it started recently.
While the ping test was done, are you still facing the same error message of "TLS handshake"? Cause this error message would suggest you are unable to connect to the website or game
I'm not getting this error all the time, sometimes after I get the "TLS handshake", error I just try to run the client again and it works (maximum 3 tries). the most common issue that repeats is the logging issue and changing channels.
Please do the ping test when the error occurs as I am unable to see any issues with the ping test results for now
I have run the ping test and changed the channels together. I got dc on the client and nothing on cmd.
If your router/modem were affected during the power outage, I would recommend try restarting your modem/router Although the error message is related to network issue, I am unsure how to replicate it and I am not seeing other players reporting about similar issue
